Our story
Royal Enclave Properties is a family business. For twenty-three years we have done one thing, in one city — laying out and building residential developments across Lucknow.
It started with the Royal phases, then Royal Green City at Malhaur in 2010. The DGC developments followed through the 2010s, Golden City opened in 2024, and 2026 brings Royal III alongside Golden City Phase II.
Alambagh Royal Tower is the next chapter — our first landmark commercial address, LDA approved, carrying the family crest on its facade.

Twenty-three years and every single project inside Lucknow. We know which land is worth laying out and which is not.
Approval documents and the payment schedule are handed over before any booking amount is taken. Alambagh Royal Tower is LDA approved.
Phases opened in 2003, 2010, 2013, 2017, 2022 and 2024 all have families living in them. That record is the whole argument.
