We are not agents forwarding somebody else's listing. Royal Enclave lays out, builds and sells its own developments — so the person showing you the plot is the person answerable for the road, the drain and the paperwork behind it.
No middleman and no brokerage on our own projects. You deal with us from the first site visit to the day you get possession.

Site visits are free and run seven days a week. Come and walk the plot before you decide anything.
Book a site visitWalk the layout, see the roads and boundary, and look at homes already built and occupied on the earlier phases.
We show you what is actually still available in that phase, with sizes, facing and the rate for each.
Approval documents and the payment schedule go across before any booking amount is taken. Home-loan files are supported.
Stamp duty, sub-registrar appointment and handover, coordinated by our own office until the plot is in your name.
