Yes. We prepare the file and coordinate the bank’s technical and legal valuation through to disbursement. There is no extra charge for it.
On a clear, approved plot with the loan sanctioned, usually three to four weeks from booking to registry. We handle the stamp duty and the sub-registrar appointment.
